1. General Principle
Tryora provides a subscription-based SaaS service billed monthly.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
Refunds apply only in specific cases described below.
2. When a Refund Is Available
Refund is available only in one case:
Unplanned service downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours.
What is not included:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Third-party outages
- Merchant-side issues
- Force majeure
3. Compensation Options
Option A — Service credit
3 free days per each day of downtime.
Applied automatically.
Option B — Partial refund
Refund per day = monthly fee / number of days.
Requires request.
4. How to Request Compensation
- Send request to ceo@zerna.tech within 14 days
- Include company, plan, dates, description
- Specify option A or B
5. Processing Timeline
- Credit — next billing cycle
- Refund — within 10 business days
6. Limitation
Total compensation cannot exceed monthly fee.
